Drive timely escalations when needed to internal stakeholders and leadership to resolve issues that could impact delivery timelines or customer commitments. Lead project closeout activities, including securing formal customer acceptance and ensuring all acceptance criteria are documented and met. Document lessons learned at the conclusion of each installation and share insights with relevant teams to improve future project execution. Coordinate a smooth handoff to the service organization by preparing a complete transition package, including documentation, configuration details, and open items for ongoing support. Analyze trends related to installation cycle time, logistics, and quality, and collaborate with internal teams to implement scalable process improvements.
