We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager / Revit Designer to join our Cranbury team for involvement on various sizes and types of projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

Management of 1-3 direct reportsManagement and some production of Revit Documentation, coordination and review of new construction and renovation projects of multiple typologies, from concept design and coordination, to construction administration and project managementIndependently produce and review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to codes, specifications, and standardsEffectively communicate between KSD members, outside consultants, and contractors to manage project delivery

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Minimum 6 years of experience in producing & coordinating construction documents for the planning, detailing and construction administration of projectsConfident knowledge of U.S. construction techniques, standards, and design detailsAn understanding in application of building codes and their limitations, with some supervisionExtremely proficient understanding of Revit and AutoCAD to independently produce, review and administer construction drawings; BIM360 experience is a plusSelf-motivated problem solver, with the ability to work autonomously as well as with othersExcellent listener, with great visual, oral and written communication skills

Certifications & Education:

Graduation from a 4-5 year NAAB Accredited Professional program in Architecture is a plus.
