Permanent A well-established and growing architecture firm is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join its Oakland studio. The firm specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, and high-density residential projects throughout California. The Project Manager will work closely with the Studio Director to lead project teams from schematic design through construction documentation and construction administration . This role will oversee project delivery, consultant coordination, documentation, budgets, and team development. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience Strong multifamily project experience required Experience with Type I & Type V construction Revit experience required Construction administration experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture required California architectural licensure preferred What's Offered $100K-$130K salary Hybrid schedule: Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Bonus opportunities Flexible schedule with half-day Fridays Professional development and licensure support Consultant Grace Welsh Office Manager/Team Coordinator grace.w@bespokecareers.com https:
