Job Description The Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager will: Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful execution. Lead project financial management, including forecasting, reporting, and profitability tracking. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and manage RFIs, project documentation, and client communications. Monitor cost-to-complete forecasts and proactively mitigate project risks. Collaborate with preconstruction and design-build teams during project transitions. Conduct project reviews to ensure quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. Travel to project sites as needed to support execution and client relationships. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and field teams. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager should have: Experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and profitability management. Experience building and maintaining construction schedules. Knowledge of subcontractor and vendor management. Experience handling RFIs and project documentation. U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
