  • What You'll Do
  • + Assist in facilitating teamwork across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication + Develop clear and comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and collaborative efforts to support operational efficiency + Identify bottlenecks, misalignments, or areas of inefficiency within and between teams, and propose actionable solutions + Leverage technology and fresh perspectives to recommend strategies for improving processes and fostering collaboration + Gain exposure to diverse teams and operations to discover specific strengths and interests, contributing to both personal growth and organizational success + Participate in meetings to observe, understand, and learn team functions, fostering collaboration across various sectors of the business to ensure alignment and shared goals •What You'll Need•
Required:

+ Undergraduate student at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Technology, or a related field

+ Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Enthusiasm for learning, adapting, and contributing to a dynamic team environment

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

+ Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team

+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

+ Experience leading or participating in team-based academic, extracurricular, or volunteer projects

+ Interest in business operations, process improvement, or project management

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Experience creating documentation, presentations, or process workflows
