We're seeking a highly motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to be in the field and oversee projects from start to finish and ensure successful delivery. Position Summary The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising new construction and reroofing projects. This role also requires strong diagnostic skills to identify and repair leaks or other roofing issues. The ideal candidate will combine technical roofing expertise with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities Inspection and diagnostics:

Inspect commercial roofs to identify leaks, damage, and other system failures across a variety of roofing systems, such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, and modified bitumen.

Repairs:

Perform both emergency and routine repairs on commercial roofs, which can include tasks like leak patching, coating, or waterproofing.

Maintenance:

Conduct regular maintenance to keep roofs in good condition and prevent future issues.

Estimates and communication:

Generate accurate estimates for repair time, labor, and materials, and communicate findings to supervisors or clients.

Safety and site management:

Ensure job site safety, follow all standard operating procedures, and use proper equipment. Required skills and qualifications Proven experience in roofing or general construction. Working knowledge of various commercial roofing systems. Proficiency with powered hand tools and ability to use other equipment safely. Strong physical condition, including the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions and heights. Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and management. A valid driver's license is required. Physical Requirements Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely.
