Job Summary:

We are recruiting for an exciting Project Manager - Mid-Level opportunity with this company, supporting the coordination of creative projects from inception through delivery. Our team is looking for a highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, keep work moving smoothly across teams, and help ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the coordination of creative projects by managing workflow and communication to support on-time delivery. Partner with Product and Packaging Teams to identify priorities and balance project workload throughout the creative process. Manage multiple projects simultaneously through development, production, and photography studio processes. Forecast resource needs, identify barriers proactively, and support solution-oriented team discussions.

Required:

5+ years of project management experience managing creatives, preferably in a design agency or internal packaging team. Knowledge of creative, print production, process, and timetables preferred. Must be detail oriented, resourceful, and able to work with ambiguity while strategizing and prioritizing effectively. Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, meet multiple deadlines, and follow up and follow through in an ever-changing environment. Must be able to manage the movement of projects through creative development, approval and revision, and delivery. Must be flexible, make decisions under tight time constraints, and manage and lead all project meetings. Workflow experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. PMP certification preferred.
