Maintain project schedules:
Track milestones, dependencies, responsible parties, and deadlines across multiple customer projects.
Follow manufacturing progress:
Coordinate with the manufacturering team, confirm commitments, and identify potential delays or missing information.
Coordinate documentation:
Track drawings, specifications, customer approvals, test reports, and shipping documents with the appropriate reviewers.
Manage project changes:
Document revisions and obtain approval for changes affecting scope, price, technical requirements, or delivery.
Support logistics:
Work with our VP and logistics partners on shipment readiness, delivery appointments, and customer receiving requirements.
Drive issue resolution:
Maintain clear action items, follow up with owners, and escalate significant issues with context and proposed next steps.
Keep systems current:
Maintain accurate quote, customer, order, and project records.
Improve processes:
Build practical templates, checklists, and reporting routines that help the company scale. What you bring Experience in project management, order management, sales operations, or customer coordination involving physical products. Strong customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to handle concerns and difficult conversations professionally. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. Ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate multiple external partners. Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with CRM, ERP, or project-management systems. Comfort working with technical documentation and recognizing when engineering review is needed. Initiative to resolve routine issues independently and sound judgment about when to seek approval. Preferred qualifications Professional working proficiency in Korean, including business conversations and written correspondence. Experience with electrical equipment, transformers, switchgear, utilities, industrial products, or engineered-to-order projects. Experience working with contract manufacturers or international suppliers. Familiarity with technical drawings, purchase orders, change orders, and freight coordination. An engineering degree or PMP certification is not required. Why join us Help shape a growing business: Build the processes that support our expansion and see the results of your work.
