Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive professional to manage data governance, analytics, and engineering initiatives for our Risk and Compliance Data Team. Our team values candidates who thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and excel at facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

Catalog and organize incoming data requests and issues, maintaining a centralized log for visibility, traceability, and accountability. Oversee Jira data team tasks and enhancements, supporting roadmap planning and ticket prioritization. Partner with business teams to gather requirements, define priorities, and translate needs into actionable tasks. Support engineers and IT teams with data modeling, documentation, validation, and ensure alignment with business logic.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in data operations, business analysis, or data project management. Proficiency in Power BI and/or Excel (minimum one required). Familiarity with Jira, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
