- Directs and oversees pre-award and post-award administration for externally funded programs, from proposal authorization through award management, financial oversight, and reporting.
- Leads, supervises, and develops OSP staff, including hiring, workforce planning, and staffing decisions.
- Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all.
