Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Project Management to support the continued evolution of our Project Management Office (PMO). This leader will oversee key operational teams responsible for project governance, training, process documentation, and project management systems while driving organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement. The Director will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen PMO standards, optimize processes, develop team capabilities, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a strong foundation in formal project management methodologies, team development, operational excellence, and change management. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop teams supporting project management operations, training, and process governance. Drive the advancement and maturity of PMO standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices. Coach, mentor, and develop leaders and team members to support organizational growth and succession planning. Partner with business and operational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies. Support the implementation, optimization, and governance of project management systems and tools. Ensure project management frameworks, templates, reporting, and documentation standards are consistently applied. Establish metrics and accountability measures to evaluate team performance, project outcomes, and organizational impact. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence. Manage multiple priorities while leading complex initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment. Collaborate across departments to support strategic business objectives and enterprise-wide initiatives. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Project Management Office (PMO) experience. Previous leadership experience managing teams, managers, or cross-functional project resources. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance structures, operational processes, and change management principles. Demonstrated success leading process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Proven ability to build relationships and lead through collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, PolicyTech, or similar project and operational management platforms. Experience leading enterprise project portfolios and operational readiness initiatives. Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification or willingness to obtain after hire. AI and Innovation Expectations Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements, including the exploration, experimentation, and practical application of AI to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable leveraging emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and supporting adoption of innovative solutions across teams and workflows. Work Environment This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
