EIS Project Manager III#26-19706 Lincolnshire, IL Onsite Job Description Hybrid or Remote - Lincolnshire, IL Overview Lead complex security programs consisting of multiple initiatives, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Just-in-Time (JIT/Entitlement) Access, and public cloud security policy governance. Utilize Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies to deliver technology solutions and drive programs from initiation through completion. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure roadmap alignment, resource planning, estimation, and successful execution. Provide executive-level communication, manage dependencies, track program performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic security initiatives focused on
RBAC, JIT
access, public cloud security policies, and policy exception management. Manage relationships with key stakeholders across business, security, engineering, product, and application teams. Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting, including tracking organizational and policy exception burn-down efforts. Present program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive audiences. Collaborate with Product Owners and project teams to prioritize deliverables, manage scope, and drive effective decision-making. Provide leadership and problem-solving support across project teams. Drive organizational change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes and solutions. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies while ensuring timely communication of project updates. Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, standards, and procedures through partnership with leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications
Level III:
7-10 years of experience Proven experience leading large-scale IT and security initiatives, delivering integrated solutions across cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications. Strong understanding of access management concepts, including
RBAC, JIT
access, and public cloud security governance. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe frameworks, including leading software delivery teams. Knowledge of security governance, technical architecture, and access control frameworks preferred. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across large organizations. Strong customer and partner engagement skills. Passion for technology and delivering innovative security solutions. PMP certification preferred.
