Position OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure, water treatment and data center construction projects. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. You'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of electrical construction-from preconstruction planning to final commissioning-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage electrical construction for hyperscale and enterprise-level data centersCoordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams to define scope, schedule, and deliverablesDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsOversee procurement, subcontractor management, and resource allocationEnsure compliance with safety standards, codes, and quality benchmarksDrive project documentation, reporting, and change managementMentor and guide field teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellenceQualifications5+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical projects, with at least 3 years in data center constructionDeep understanding of electrical systems, mission-critical infrastructure, and commissioning processesStrong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and local building codesProven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and complex schedulesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferredBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
