Tasks Coordinate and manage executive schedules, ensuring alignment with business priorities and deadlines. Facilitate communication between executives, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. Organize and support company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring logistical efficiency and positive attendee experiences. Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and reference. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the building construction industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
