for aFLOORING DEPARTMENT COORDINATOR
- NEWBERG, OREGON We are looking for a dynamic multitasker with experience in the commercial flooring industry.
Position requires:
Knowledge of flooring material management- ordering, tracking & distribution. Understanding commercial construction and subcontracting requirements
- Submittals & closeout procedures. Organizational skills
- Creating spreadsheets, managing documentation & distribution of data Ability to communicate effectively
- Able to address material ordering and billing with vendors as well as being able to field issues and questions between the departments within the company. Programs Include
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & QuickBooks Wage commensurate with experience and abilities.
