12+ months (with possible extension) About the Role Client Digital Technology & Innovation department is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Program Manager to join the Infrastructure Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workstream . This role is critical to maintaining delivery momentum, reducing operational risk, and ensuring successful execution of asset management initiatives. You will serve as a backfill for a key contracted resource and help drive IBM Maximo MAS and out-of-the-box EAM initiatives across a complex, asset-intensive environment. This is a highly collaborative, governance-focused role working across delivery, technology, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and support EAM business transformation and project management activities within the Infrastructure EAM workstream Apply structured project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-gate) to ensure alignment, feasibility, and risk mitigation Collaborate with IMCS, Capital Delivery, DT Architecture, DT Operations, and other stakeholders to drive informed decision-making Support asset lifecycle management, capacity planning, and operational dependency mapping Identify and manage technology risk, cybersecurity considerations, and compliance requirements Use data, dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and support executive decision-making Facilitate documentation, analysis, and reporting using tools like Visio, Lucid, Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Manage program artifacts, schedules, and delivery metrics using Jira and MS Project Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments (transportation, utilities, manufacturing, oil & gas, etc.) Proven experience delivering IBM Maximo MAS or out-of-the-box EAM solutions Strong understanding of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes Experience working within formal PMO, PMBOK, or stage-gate governance frameworks Proficiency with: Project management tools:
Jira, MS Project Documentation/analysis:
Visio, Lucid, Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Reporting/data tools: Power BI, Tableau (or similar) Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Maximo MAS modules (Manage, Health, Predict, Monitor, Mobile) Experience supporting integrations between Maximo and ERP, GIS, SCADA, or data platforms Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) , condition-based maintenance (CBM) , or performance analytics Relevant certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) IBM Maximo certification(s) Asset management certifications (IAM, ISO 55000)
