Employee will work both in‑office and remotely based on a set rotation and operational needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the scheduling of installation jobs, ensuring proper coordination and communication with customers and teams. Process payments and financing applications, ensuring accurate application and record-keeping of deposits and payments. Send next-day job reminders to customers and ensure all relevant information is communicated. Draft and send informational emails to customers, outlining key points of their contract and other relevant details. Coordinate and assist with post-installation follow-ups, including scheduling city inspections and follow-up visits. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys within a month of installation to gather feedback. Adjust the installation schedule as needed, accommodating changes due to cancellations or rescheduling. Answer and manage incoming calls to the installation line, providing timely responses to customer inquiries or directing them to the appropriate resources. Create and manage complementary job plans, ensuring that all necessary forms are uploaded and information is relayed accurately to subcontractors. Contact local city offices each morning to confirm inspection schedules for the day.
