IOTA Activation Project Manager Virtual Office Allies New Albany, IN Job Details Contract $85,000 - $100,000 a year 20 hours ago Qualifications Project reporting Project development phase management Hospital project management Project management experience in healthcare Managing projects Project scheduling Full Job Description Overview The purpose of this Project Management Plan (PMP) is to define the management framework, processes, controls, and responsibilities that will be used to successfully execute the Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) Services Contract for the New Albany Outpatient Clinic. This plan establishes standardized procedures for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project while supporting the VA Activation Team from contract award through post-occupancy support. This aligns with the PWS requirement for comprehensive project management services supporting planning, scheduling, reporting, Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), and activation through Day One. Job Qualifications A. A minimum of seven (7) years' experience as a Project Manager, acting in a lead role over healthcare space related projects B. A minimum five (5) years' experience in initial outfitting, transitioning, and activating (IOT&A) healthcare facilities C. Demonstrated experience in healthcare infrastructure and operations
