Contract Duration:
9 Months Required Skills & Experience Education - Undergrad in any of the below Business management Communication Economics Marketing 5 years of experience What you'll be doing Accountable for the end-to-end management of the project plan, including the creation, maintenance, and dissemination of project roadmaps, timelines, and status updates to all stakeholders, from the core working group to executive leadership. Facilitates all project-related meetings, driving them toward clear decisions and actionable outcomes. Responsible for meticulous record-keeping, including meeting minutes, decision logs, and action item tracking to ensure alignment across all teams. Leads the operational transition from the external agency to the internal team. This function includes developing comprehensive training programs and materials, as well as providing direct support to new hires to ensure a smooth and effective handover of all media responsibilities. Tasked with continuously tracking project performance against established goals and productivity targets. This function requires the proactive identification of risks, management of escalations, and timely resolution of any issues that may impede progress. Responsible for creating and maintaining the definitive playbook for the in-house media team. This involves documenting all operational processes, workflows, and critical decisions to establish a scalable, consistent, and compliant operational framework.
