Job Description
Our client is a global leader in environmental services, providing innovative solutions across water, waste, and energy management.
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support technology and business initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Project Management career who can work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders and is eager to learn and be mentored.
The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience , preferably with a technical or data-related background . Strong Jira skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Key Responsibilities Support Engineering Managers and technology teams in the planning and delivery of projects. Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional groups. Manage project activities, requirements, action items, dependencies, and status updates. Use Jira to track work, manage priorities, and monitor project progress. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Assist with project documentation, meetings, reporting, and follow-up activities. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Analysis, or a related role. Technical, technology, or data background preferred . Strong hands-on experience with Jira . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working with technical teams as well as business and senior stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Someone who is coachable, eager to learn, and interested in being mentored and growing into a Project Management career .
Work Schedule:
Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Paramus, NJ .
