Pay Rate :
$47.92/hr. on W2
Duration :
18 months
Schedule:
M-F 8:00 - 5:00 RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives. Track project progress, prepare status updates, and escalate issues to ensure work remains on schedule and aligned with business priorities. Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Apply structured project management practices to support implementation planning, resource coordination, and successful program delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experienced project and program management skills Strategic thinker with business acumen Strong collaboration and influence skills High adaptability and resilience Results-oriented and data-driven Continuous learner and technology advocate Strong foundation in adult learning principles Exceptional written and verbal communication Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
Minimum Years of Experience:
5 PREFERRED

Leadership Project Management & Development Expert facilitator for virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning experiences Executive presence and presentation skills Coaching and feedback facilitation Ability to lead difficult conversations and peer learning sessions Strong storytelling and audience connection skills Data visualization and executive-ready presentations About our client : Our client is one of the largest electric utilities and a longtime leader in renewable energy and energy efficiency in the United States providing electricity for much of Southern California.
