The Simon Group is a boutique communications agency in North Andover, MA. For more than 30 years we have been crafting inspiring marketing communications for clients using our blend of insight and resourcefulness in an atmosphere that fosters creativity, collaboration, and humor. We provide expertise to healthcare, technology and other industries through strategic consulting, brand development, print and digital design, implementation, and fulfillment. We are dedicated to delivering strategic, visually compelling solutions that drive results. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Project Manager to support our Client Services team and our clients by shepherding work through the agency, maintaining internal processes, status, deadlines, and communication. As the ideal candidate, you'll work with our seasoned roster of professionals in an atmosphere of collaboration, creativity, productivity, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
Administer the transfer of information, coordinate and drive execution of client campaigns and projects through the agency ensuring we are delivering materials to clients on time and on budget. Support project briefing by assembling specs, budget, and timing, and ensuring follow-through post-kickoff Maintain our internal database to create and track projects, and keep assignment and status notes Build and support the execution of campaigns through timeline development, status reporting and ongoing internal coordination Capture and distribute notes from internal and client-facing calls, driving forward next steps and action items Draft cost estimates and support the proposal process internally with Client Services and Estimating, including presentation slides, estimate revisions and proposal status Help develop presentations for clients and participate in internal creative reviews as necessary QA all work to ensure requested ask or edits - both internal and external - have been made with accuracy Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal or client needs, including status reports and others as requested Manage asset trafficking, coordinating internally and with media partners Interact with clients in a professional, collaborative, and positive manner to promote a lasting relationship Support business development activities; research and contribute to the discussion on how to help drive client business forward. Track time using company project management tool.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. 2+ years of project management experience, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency. Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Mac computers, databases, project management tools and the Adobe Creative Suite Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate facts and ideas clearly.
