Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee and manage our client's 1:1 marketing programs. This role demands a strong project management expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud program management. The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring seamless execution of brand CRM programs. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and oversight of medium to high-complexity brand CRM engagements, including developing project plans and creating status reports. Conduct weekly status meetings and follow up with all stakeholders to ensure on-time, flawless execution of brand CRM programs. Lead multiple medium to high-complexity digital projects across several internal cross-functional teams and external agency teams. Manage timelines and revise plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements for projects. Create detailed project work plans and assign tasks to team members. Facilitate, track, and monitor project activities, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Provide regular project updates and status reports to the project team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a team-driven end product that enhances user experience. Work with agencies and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data loading into marketing applications. Proactively manage workload, continuously seek optimization opportunities, and communicate them to the marketing team. Document change requests, notify the team, and understand timeline implications. Seek standardization, automation, and process improvement wherever possible. Identify and address issues with cross-functional and agency partners, recommend corrective actions as necessary. Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports. Essential Skills Strong project management skills. Salesforce Marketing Cloud program management experience. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of database, email, and digital 1:1 marketing concepts and best practices. Ability to capture business requirements and translate them for technical team members. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, or 1:1 marketing. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience. Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Work Environment This position is based in Mettawa, IL, with a hybrid work schedule of three days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) and remote work on Monday and Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mettawa, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
