full-time Long term contract engagement Hybrid role with 1-2 days onsite per week Up to 32 hours per week We're hiring an In-House Media Coordinator to support a busy internal creative and media team. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive coordinator who enjoys keeping production work moving, managing details, and supporting multiple projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities Provide end-to-end coordination for media and content production projects Track schedules, deliverables, approvals, and project status in Wrike Coordinate with internal partners, creative team members, vendors, and other stakeholders Help organize project intake, assign next steps, and follow up on outstanding items Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, files, and status updates Provide general project management and administrative support across the team Assist with special projects, reporting, meeting coordination, and process improvements Identify potential delays or missing information and communicate them to the appropriate team members Qualifications Experience supporting creative, media, marketing, or production projects Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience using Wrike or a similar project management platform Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through Comfortable working with both creative and business partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative in-house team
