MUST HAVE STATE MEDICAID EXPERIENCE
- Project Overview Our client is supporting a state government Medicaid program focused on delivering critical business, operational, and reporting capabilities that enable program oversight, decision-making, and stakeholder services.
Complex Program Delivery:
Experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and dependencies within large-scale initiatives. 2.Risk & Dependency Management:
Ability to proactively identify obstacles, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional activities to keep projects on track. 3.Executive Stakeholder Communication:
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear status updates, facilitate discussions, and manage expectations at all levels. Work Environment 100% remote - open to any timezone but must be able to support west coast hours as needed Why is the position open Due to increased project demand, ongoing modernization initiatives, and historical delivery challenges, Optum is expanding its team supporting a state Medicaid program. These roles have been created to strengthen requirements gathering, project execution, Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $63.00 - $73.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
