Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

POSITION OVERVIEW
- Onshore Wind Project Manager - Remote The Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and timelines. Coordinate project resources and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Take a proactive approach to identifying potential project roadblocks; investigate and resolve issues early to minimize impact. Reach out to various internal departments and stakeholders to secure necessary support, resources, and technical expertise. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Strong project management skills. Experience with project management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or a related role. Associate's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment. Proficiency in using computer applications, including word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet packages; proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe software to create/modify PDF files. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Oracle.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Background in logistics/fulfillment. Familiarity with wind turbine components.
