This role is primarily responsible for coordinating departmental records management efforts, supporting project management activities and assisting with process improvement initiatives. In addition to project and governance responsibilities, this position serves as a flexible operational resource capable of providing coverage and support across Deposit Operations, Consumer Lending, and Contact Center functions as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing project coordination, technical writing, operational administration, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced banking environment. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys balancing structured project work with hands-on operational involvement across multiple banking functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination & Operational Initiatives Support cross-functional operational and strategic projects through coordination of project timelines, deliverables, meeting materials, status tracking, and follow-up activities. Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools within Monday.com and related platforms. Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and assist with milestone management and implementation readiness. Partner with department leadership to support operational improvements and process optimization initiatives. Records Management & Technical Writing Draft, review, update, and maintain operational procedures, policies, job aids, and departmental documentation. Coordinate records management activities and assist with procedural governance and document lifecycle management. Ensure operational documentation remains current, organized, and aligned with internal standards and regulatory expectations. Support departmental communications, reporting, and documentation-related initiatives. Secondary Responsibilities Cross-Functional Banking Operations Support Provide operational support and departmental coverage within Deposit Operations, Consumer Lending, and Contact Center functions during staff absences, peak periods, or special projects. Assist with operational activities including reconciliations, account maintenance, quality control reviews, transaction processing, customer support, and audit preparation. Support development and maintenance of procedures related to banking products, services, and operational processes. Strong practical knowledge and experience drafting professional documents, procedures and policies Experience with project implementations bank transaction processing, ATM systems and E-Banking systems. Ability to perform well and manage responsibilities in a high volume, fast paced working environment. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
: ☒ College degree or equivalent work experience.
