Operations Support Coordinator to support daily operations and internal coordination across their expanding portfolio. Flexible / Hybrid or Remote depending on fit Responsibilities Support daily property management operations and internal workflow coordination across a short-term rental portfolio Assist with listing management and coordination across platforms including Airbnb and VRBO Help manage communication with vendors, subcontractors, guests, and team members across all property management channels Assist with Guesty platform management including reservations, messaging, and operational workflows Help organize schedules, follow-ups, and project timelines to keep property management operations running smoothly Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed Respond to time-sensitive tasks, guest requests, and property-related needs with urgency and professionalism Track open items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across all active properties Assist with systems, process improvement, and internal organization across the portfolio Help maintain a high level of professionalism and guest experience throughout all operations Qualifications Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional communicator — written and verbal Comfortable balancing multiple moving pieces across a fast-paced property management environment Self-motivated, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently Able to respond quickly and effectively to time-sensitive guest and property management needs Positive attitude and team-first mindset Comfortable learning new systems and software Experience in property management, short-term rentals, or hospitality operations preferred Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, or other vacation rental platforms strongly preferred

Bonus Points For:

Pay:

$24.72 - $29.77 per hour
