Part- Time Project Coordinator Company Overview Top Rail Fence is a growing residential fencing company serving Union, Morris, Somerset, and Hunterdon Counties. We specialize in the installation of wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and specialty fencing for homeowners, small businesses, gentleman's farms, and other commercial properties. We are a locally owned and operated business backed by the Top Rail Fence franchise network. Position Overview As the business continues to grow we are looking to bring on a Part-time Project Coordinator will work closely with the owner, installation crews, suppliers, and customers to assist in the day-to-day coordination of fencing projects. This position will initially be a part-time, 1099 independent contractor role averaging approximately 20-25 hours per week. We offer a flexible schedule with both remote work and occasional field work. As the company continues to grow, there may be an opportunity for additional responsibilities and opportunities for growth. Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of projects, crews, materials, walkthroughs, deliveries
• Complete pre-project procedures such as 811 utility mark outs, quality checks on materials, and site visits with crew foreman.
• Assist with permit filings and materials runs as needed.
• Act as a point of contact with homeowners providing timely updates on projects, crew scheduling, and changes.
• Monitor job-site progress and conduct site visits ensuring smooth project execution and resolve any issues, delays, and risks proactively.
• Perform quality control checks on materials and job sites.
• Handle call-backs
• Assist with local marketing efforts and ad-hoc projects as needed. Qualifications
• Prior construction experience is helpful but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with a variety of clients.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact with various trades, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ability to learn quickly through on the job training.

Valid Driver's License Pay:

1099 hourly between $22-28/hr Approximately 20-25 hours per week

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
