Job Description
Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell Aerospace. You will be a partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans, create cost and schedule baselines for large complex programs across multiple sites. You will recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation and will interact with global program management Team, Business leaders and customers. You will coach and mentor Project Analysts with less experience to improve their skills and capabilities. This is a hybrid position located in Plymouth, MN . Key Responsibilities Leads in development of initial program baselines (cost or schedule) for high-risk development programs. Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data EAC Management on complex programs. Perform cost walk and analysis Leads Compliant Baseline Change Management Ensure Cost and Schedule Integration Leads IPT through internal and external Earned Value audit preparation Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team and Customers Assist with identifying root cause and impact analysis. Recommend corrective actions Improve processes Mentor Other Program Team Members
