Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analyst to join our team in St Inigoes, MD . This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Job Duties and Responsibilities Review, update, and manage the configuration of technical documentation. Provide oversight for small projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze and update operational processes to improve overall efficiency and project requirements across business management, financial management, program scheduling, milestone tracking, critical path analyses, and support requirements. Gather and analyze information from multiple Navy and Contractor entities to prepare reports, update schedules, manage risks, track action items, solve problems, recommend improvements, and keep division leadership informed. Maintain the Program Risk Plan and ISEE Risk Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) register. Facilitate Working Groups with IPT/Teams to capture new risk, issues, and opportunities, and update Mitigation, Corrective Action, and/or Opportunity Management Plans. Perform other related analyst and project management activities required for the successful completion of assigned tasks. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field 1+ years of prior DoD support experience, preferably with a focus on navigating and executing the Navy requirements process Experience organizing, prioritizing, and manage workloads effectively to meet requirements and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills with confidence analyzing, managing, and presenting data to DoD customers and technical personnel Preferred Qualifications Experience with data migration and management of cloud-based collaboration platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or other related scheduling tools) to develop project schedules, assign resources, track progress, and analyze the critical path. Strong aptitude for proactive problem-solving and dependency modeling within technical frameworks. Clearance Requirements US Citizenship required and a current or active Secret Security Clearance Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $68,600.00-$114,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
