TPD Design House is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Assistant to join our team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives on keeping things moving — you're the kind of person who notices when something's off, figures out why, and finds a way to fix it. You'll support the Director of Client Services and Project Manager in the end-to-end execution of luxury events and websites for global clients. If you're a quick learner with a sharp eye, a genuine interest in design, and you're energized by problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk with you. The Project Assistant role follows a hybrid schedule, remotely and in person at the Wayne design studio 3 days per week.
Job Responsibilities:
Daily project management tasks, which can include assisting the Director of Client Services in scheduling internal and external meetings, preparing invoices and payment forms, transcribing and organizing meeting notes Act as the point of contact for order vendors- initiating outreach, requesting quotes, and following up throughout the project lifecycle Process purchases, track shipments and maintain detailed order forms to ensure accuracy. Troubleshoot any issues that could impact client timeline or project budgets Assist with general office and special projects requiring strong organization, attention to detail and initiative Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes Stay aware of TPD's brand perception with existing clients Participate and collaborate to create a team-first environmentQualifications:
2+ years of professional experience in an administrative, project coordination, or operations support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace, understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma is a welcome bonus Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills with an exceptional attention to detail Comfortable balancing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A curiosity about design- you don't need to be a designer, but you care about being proud of the work Experience with project management tools such as Wrike is a plusBenefits and Salary:
