Project Coordinator Summary The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects within Jaycon. This role involves assisting Project Managers in organizing project activities, ensuring effective communication between team members, tracking progress against timelines and budgets, and documenting project outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Duties & Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Track project progress and identify any potential roadblocks or risks. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors. Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project deliverables. Assist with project administrative tasks, such as procurement, invoice processing, and travel arrangements. Support the Project Manager in risk management and issue resolution. Contribute to project close-out activities, including documentation and lessons learned. Necessary Skills & Knowledge Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in G-Suite. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Gantt charts). Experience with circuit boards and injection molding, understanding of how to design and manufacture products, is highly desirable. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Working Environment Primarily office-based with potential for occasional travel to project sites. Fast-paced and dynamic environment requiring adaptability and flexibility. Collaborative and team-oriented atmosphere. Remote work is also allowed for this position.
