Job Description

Project Coordinator TUV SUD America United States, Massachusetts, Peabody 10 Centennial Drive (Show on map) Apr 02, 2026 TUV SUD America Inc., a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator based in the United States. This is a remote position. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Support regional sales, other project coordinators and engineering team
Receive / Process RFQ from clienst and Account Executives (AE)
Work with Technical Lead or appropriate engineer to provide a quotation to the client (as required)
Manage CRM opportunities/quotes in coordination with the Account Executive
Process PO's, work with billing team to open new projects in TUV SUD project database, handle new client legal docs and customer clearing in database
Configure and update projects in TUV SUD project management database
Create Tasks, Assign Engineering, Confirm Projects with clients, keep all stakeholders apprised on status
Notate all updated project statuses in database
Manage change orders: out of scope charges, adjusting planned hours
Process subcontracting forms (manage intercompany quotes and projects)
Coordinate outsourcing of testing when required
Prepare PO's for vendors
Ensure accurate invoicing upon completion of the project, ensuring deliverables have been provided
Address customer invoice questions and complaints and escalate as needed
Post-Project Client Engagement Desired qualifications: Associates degree preferred or a combination of education and experience
Self motivated with a strong work ethic
Professional and effective communication skills
Experience in project coordination and project management systems
Customer centric attitude
Organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to engage with internal and external clients via Teams, phone and email
Strive for continuous improvement
