Job Description

Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to meet output, quality, delivery, and compliance targets within ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Job Requirements Associate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards and compliance requirements Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, wiring schematics, and work instructions Hands-on experience with ERP systems Experience with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies Preferred Skills Experience with Visual ERP Bilingual English and Spanish Experience participating in internal and external quality audits Experience analyzing production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities Experience using Google Enterprise and ADP Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, including documentation, traceability, and quality assurance practices Monitor employee performance and provide training and production support Implement and maintain 5S and lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Materials departments to resolve production issues Maintain a safe and clean work environment and enforce PPE and safety protocol compliance Review and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities Conduct daily shift meetings Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and labor hours Participate in internal and external audits related to quality management systems
