Job Description
Description The Maine Medical Association, Center for Quality Improvement (MMA-CQI), is seeking a part-time Project Coordinator to support the work of the Committee on Physician Quality and its External Peer Review and Office-Based Quality Improvement programs. This position provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support to help ensure projects, meetings, and quality improvement activities are organized and completed successfully. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the CQI Director, project staff, physician leaders, hospitals, and clinical practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people, coordinating projects, and contributing to healthcare quality improvement. Part-time position Flexible hybrid work environment Work primarily takes place during regular business hours, with occasional meetings or events outside of normal hours Some local travel may be required Reliable transportation and ability to travel to occasional meetings or events required MMA-CQI works with physicians, healthcare organizations, and community partners across Maine to improve healthcare quality, patient safety, and health outcomes.
