About Us We are a rapidly expanding franchise holdings company focused on the growth and support of multiple restaurant and retail brands. Our organization partners with franchisees to deliver high-quality locations that meet brand standards and operate successfully in their markets. We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the development of new franchise locations. This role plays a key part in coordinating construction projects from early planning through final completion. The Role The Construction Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of new store construction projects. The position works closely with franchisees, contractors, architects, and internal development teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with brand standards. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of development. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Coordinate multiple construction projects across various franchise brands Track project timelines, budgets, and key development milestones Monitor progress from site planning through final construction completion Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a coordination point between franchisees, architects, engineers, and contractors Communicate project updates and address issues that could affect schedule or budget Ensure construction aligns with brand standards and design requirements Budget and Schedule Tracking Assist in monitoring construction budgets and identifying cost variances Maintain project schedules and milestone tracking Support contractors and project partners to maintain construction timelines Permits and Compliance Coordinate permit applications and approval processes Track inspection requirements and local regulatory approvals Maintain documentation for construction compliance and project closeout Reporting and Documentation Maintain organized project documentation and development records Provide project status updates to internal teams and leadership Support reporting on construction progress across the development pipeline Qualifications and Skills Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in construction coordination, project management, or development support Experience with retail, restaurant, or franchise construction projects is preferred Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Equivalent professional experience will also be considered Core Skills Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of construction scheduling and budgeting processes Familiarity with permitting and regulatory compliance Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools (Smartsheets preferred) Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a growing portfolio of franchise brands Exposure to multiple construction projects and development initiatives A collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth
