Job Overview At Séura, we create premium lighted mirrors and technology solutions that are featured in luxury homes, hotels, healthcare facilities, and commercial spaces across North America. We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives on organization, communication, and helping customers successfully bring projects to life. In this role, you'll manage customer projects from quote through fulfillment, serving as the central connection point between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and the customer. This is a hybrid position based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Successful candidates should expect:

To work in the office a minimum of three days per week and may work remotely up to two days per week on a consistent schedule. Work hours must be consistent from week to week and aligned with the needs of the customers, sales teams, and projects being supported. Depending on territory responsibilities, work schedules may be adjusted to reflect the business hours of the region being supported (for example, East Coast or West Coast customers and sales teams).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination & Execution

• Manage RFQs from quote request through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate project details across Sales, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution
• Ensure all approvals, payments, and documentation are complete prior to release to production Project Consultation & Customer Support
• Serve as primary point of contact for project-related communication with customers, reps, and internal teams
• Provide consultative support during quoting, including product recommendations and solution guidance
• Manage customer expectations, timelines, and follow-up to ensure successful project outcomes
• Communicate proactively across stakeholders on project status, changes, and potential risks CRM, Accuracy & Process Discipline
• Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records for accounts, contacts, quotes, and orders
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and communications
• Execute work in alignment with defined SOPs and workflows Support Sales & Opportunity Execution
• Support Inside Sales and Sales Directors in advancing opportunities through timely coordination and follow-through
• Responsible for quote follow-up and project-related customer engagement
• Ensure smooth handoffs between Sales, Production and Supply Chain
