Per Hour Contract Duration 49 week(s) This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy. This is a hybrid role and requires reporting onsite 3 days a week.
Job Overview:
General project administration to support the development and management of utility regulatory filings by coordinating day‑to‑day case activities, maintaining organized and compliant documentation, and tracking all deadlines and submission requirements. Perform quality checks on financial, operational, and technical data used in rate cases, reviews, and compliance filings, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines. This position also identifies opportunities to streamline case preparation workflows and improve cross‑functional coordination. Working closely with internal teams to support and monitor the timely completion of regulatory activities. Work is usually done in an office environment, though some travel may occasionally be required.
Requirements:
Well-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to multitask, and attention to detail. Familiar with software such as Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in business or communications is generally required for this position. Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 28-$33/hr
