Job Description

We are a leading importer and wholesaler of premium home furnishings, décor, and lifestyle products. Partnering with top retailers and hospitality brands across North America, we specialize in sourcing and delivering our customers the wall arts, mirrors, mini furniture, decorative ceramic products and decorative accessories from overseas manufacturers. We are looking for an operationally sharp Project Manager to join our growing team and drive end-to-end execution of our import projects. Position Overview As Project Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams (design, production, costings), and overseas suppliers. You will own projects from quotation through final delivery—ensuring specifications are met, timelines are maintained, and communication remains clear and proactive. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities

Manage Full Project Lifecycle:

Own import projects end-to-end—from initial quoting and sample approvals to production, quality control, logistics, and final delivery.

Supplier & Factory Coordination:

Serve as primary liaison with overseas manufacturers and suppliers—tracking production timelines, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Act as main point of contact for retail and hospitality clients, providing regular status updates, confirming product specifications, and anticipating potential delays or issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with merchandising, design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure every wholesale launch and delivery comes together on time and on brief.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies in import workflows and develop repeatable processes, SOPs, and tools that help the team scale.

Documentation & Tracking:

Maintain detailed project documentation, track milestones and purchase orders, and proactively surface risks or blockers before they become problems. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a product-based, manufacturing, wholesale, or import/export environment. Proven experience working with imported goods and overseas suppliers (Asia sourcing experience is a strong plus). Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—especially via email with clients and global teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and import data base system Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, costings, business, or a related field. Preferred Experience in the home goods, home décor, or consumer products industry. Familiarity with wholesale operations, retailer compliance, costing and tracking project and orders Experience in hospitality, custom products, or bespoke furnishings. Proficiency with project management systems.
