Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Project Management Assistant to support our dynamic construction management team. Based out of Phoenix, AZ, this hybrid role will work closely with Project Managers and Construction Project Managers in tracking financials, coordinating site logistics, maintaining Quality Assurance and Quality Control compliance, and streamlining essential project documentation from initiation through close-out. Key Responsibilities Financial and Administrative Support Assist with tracking the Schedule of Values (SOV) and reviewing monthly invoicing. Process, organize, and archive Purchase Orders, RFQs, invoices, and Change Order documentation. Coordinate proposals, drawings, and budget files for project alignment reviews. Site Logistics and Field Coordination Assist in organizing Site Trailer/Office materials, daily task lists, and visible delivery/erection schedules. Help coordinate daily deliveries, fabricator communication, and transport scheduling. Compile and distribute 3-Week Look-Ahead (3WLA) schedules and pour schedules alongside the PM team. Support site log reporting, including daily piece counts and subcontractor delay reports. Quality, Safety and Compliance Tracking Log and archive daily site reports, QA/QC audit results, and pre-pour inspection forms. Assist with safety documentation, including collecting subcontractor safety tickets, equipment certificates, JSAs, and Fall Protection plans. Help track General Contractor (GC) and client sign-offs for project divisions and site sections. Coordinate returns of safety equipment and project materials back to the shop. Project Close-Out and Operations Assemble and compile complete project close-out documentation and client sign-offs. Help organize lessons-learned meetings and organize post-mortem project data.
Qualifications Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
1-3 years of administrative or support experience within construction, field operations, or project management.
Skills:
Proficiency in document management, cost tracking support, scheduling tools, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Travel:
