Pay Rate Range:

$55•$63 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

Lead and support technology implementation projects across procurement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, deliverables, and project communications. Develop executive-level presentations, project updates, and reporting materials. Manage project tracking, documentation, and workflows using Smartsheet and Microsoft Office tools. Navigate ambiguity while ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

8-10 years of project management experience, preferably supporting technology implementations. Strong experience managing complex initiatives in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
