• Accountable for delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Owns planning, execution, tracking, and successful completion of multiple initiatives
• Manages projects across the full lifecycle: concept, prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up
• This person can sit either in Chicago, Illinois or Peoria, Illinois
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage project charters, schedules, budgets, and overall project plans
• Lead crossfunctional project teams and coordinate work across business and engineering
• Track project performance using metrics, reports, dashboards, and project management tools
• Manage change requests and update schedules to reflect scope, cost, timeline, and impact
• Monitor risks and issues; communicate status, problems, and corrective actions proactively
• Recommend solutions and alternatives to keep projects on track
• Ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned on progress and delivery dates Team & Work Environment
• Partner with Product Owners from both business and engineering
• Work across multiple teams and functional disciplines
• Manage 2-3 projects at a time
• Annual project volume: approximately 8-10 projects (or aligned to agile sprint cycles)
• Project complexity ranges from challenging to very challenging Contributions
• Lead delivery of software solutions that integrate shared services and enterprise systems
• Support application integrations with modern digital platform capabilities
• Ensure solutions follow best practices in architecture, security, and scalability Required Skills
• Strong project management experience
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications

Certifications:

PMP, CSM, SAFe, Change Management, Six Sigma Black Belt

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master in addition to project management
• Experience in large, enterprise-level environments
• Experience supporting eCommerce applications or initiatives

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
