Event Decorating Lead

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and passionate Event Decorating Lead to oversee the setup, coordination, and execution of the setup and teardown of events. This role is perfect for someone with an attention to detail, who is creative, and can demonstrate exceptional communication skills. As the Event Decorating Lead, you will ensure that all setups and teardown run smoothly, efficiently, and fulfill the needs of the client, helping to create memorable experiences for audiences around the world. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the event world, is quick-thinking, deals well in high-stress situations, and has experienced in team leading. Duties Coordinate with managers, fellow event stagers, clients, and vendors to ensure the successful completion of each event. Create and oversee a gameplan for each setup and teardown for crew members to follow. Manage decorating crew members by assigning and dispersing tasks. Communicate clearly with crew members to troubleshoot any issues quickly and efficiently . Support clients with any day-of needs on stage. Maintain a positive and collaborative environment that encourages creativity and independence. Requirements Experience in team management, customer service, and time management. Experience working events. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with management, decorating staff, clients, and vendors. Ability to lead a team confidently while staying organized under pressure during fast-moving, high-stress environments. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to climb and safely utilize ladders.

Pay:

$17.50 - $18.50 per hour
