They specialize in healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial, and institutional construction projects throughout New England and are known for their collaborative culture, strong preconstruction expertise, and exceptional client retention. Job Description Lead and manage $25M+ construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to align on project goals. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders as required. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to maintain satisfaction and trust. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
