The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management expertise, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role offers an opportunity to manage high-profile projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget parameters. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with construction regulations and safety standards while maintaining excellent client relationships. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using project management software; coordinate construction schedules across multiple teams. Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications; ensure accurate interpretation of construction documents. Coordinate procurement activities including contracts, subcontractor agreements, and material sourcing in compliance with project requirements. Supervise and manage project teams on-site and off-site; facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor construction site safety regulations; enforce compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality control, and safety adherence; address issues proactively to minimize delays. Utilize construction management software such as Job Nimbus, Xactimate, or Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and project tracking. Prepare progress reports, change orders, and other documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, Xactimate, or similar construction management software. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination methods. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role; excellent leadership skills. Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and cost management practices. Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and regulatory compliance requirements. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately. Experience with contract administration including reviewing contracts and managing contractual obligations. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Construction site experience is essential; familiarity with managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects preferred.
