President Opportunity:
Hall Irwin Corporation, a Northern Colorado based, mid-sized general contractor that has been in business for over 60 years, is currently seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projects. This person will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the Project Team as well as being responsible as the team leader to assure safe, quality oriented, on time and on budget construction is achieved. Must be able to review plans and other technical documents, answers questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project, and monitors costs and project progress. May develop cost estimates or tentative schedules. Must be a self-starter who needs little direction and is looking to advance within our family oriented and relationship based mid-sized construction firm which has established 60+ years of successful relationships through quality construction and transparent communication. We are looking for someone that can work within a team environment and help other departments as needed. This person must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Hall Irwin's construction projects are diverse and include commercial buildings, land development and water storage projects. Responsibilities:
Overseeing Project Superintendent(s) and Project Engineer(s). Maintaining excellent relationships with owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors, and public. Liaisoning with authorities and regulatory agencies. Setting-up project reporting procedures. Developing and monitoring the project schedule and budget. Establishing construction plans and engineering methods. Negotiating issues of subcontracts and major purchase orders Understanding and enforcing contractual responsibilities, contract documents and resolve disputes. Handling all change orders, including negotiating, processing and assessing cost and schedule impacts, and preparation of claims. Preparing/verifing and monitoring progress billings to owner and from subcontractors. Reviewing productivity planning and monitoring. Providing performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedule and safety. Supervising, mentoring, coaching and training of project personnel. Ensuring project profitability. Being involved in all facets of project close-out. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring to the role: 5+years proven experience as a Project Manager ProCore software experience strongly preferred Experience on commercial construction building projects of $10M+ Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or an Engineering discipline preferred Demonstrated Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Candidates must be willing to relocate to project locations.

$85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
