This individual must have residential remodeling experience and work well under pressure to get claimants back in their home as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Oversee & manage subcontractors, labor and materials on residential and commercial repairs to meet project deadlines and profit margins Oversee and enforce quality control Document and generate scope of work for reconstruction projects and submit to estimating department Provide weekly project updates Monitor and account for all project-related costs daily to maintain budget integrity Produce budgets and purchase orders through PSA on all repair jobs Maintain accurate and up-to-date job files for all jobs in production in PSA, Encircle and Monday Ensure all job documentation is completed and documented to include contracts, forms, change orders, selection sheets, photos, etc. Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients daily Oversee & manage subcontractors, labor and equipment on residential and commercial emergency services to meet project deadlines and profit margins Ability to respond to large loss commercial emergencies 24/7 Schedule mitigation team labor daily to ensure efficient workflow Scope and sell both repair and emergency services for residential and commercial clients Work with Business Development team to generate new client relationships Sell Brookstone services when inspecting losses whether reconstruction or emergency services

Qualifications :

Experience in residential or commercial remodeling or restoration Proficient in computers and learning new systems Great Customer Service skills. Able to work with homeowners and insurance companies. Can pass a background check and drug test Valid drivers license with good drivers record
