Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager. The PM is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, reports, motivate, remove impediments and barriers, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed. This is all done within the scope of our goals and vision. Must have a strong track record of delivering successful projects. This role is fully remote and requires a Public Trust security clearance. Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project requirements, objectives, and scope.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver successful projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes and methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practice.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project management technologies and industry best practices.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

• Due to federal requirements all candidates must be US Citizens. Green Card holders or those requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
• Additionally, the selected candidate will be required to pass a government-sponsored clearance process for a position of Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred; equivalent years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills in addition to a strong attention to details.
• Skilled in project management tools such as JIRA and MS Projects.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous NETL experience.
• Scrum Master skills.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal, documentation, and presentations skills.
• Ability to build and foster strong relationships with the client and teams across the enterprise.
