Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across enterprise software and IT infrastructure projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through expert planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration. Duties Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise software deployments, cloud computing initiatives, and IT infrastructure upgrades using proven methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFe. Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and SharePoint to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, database administrators, network engineers, and business stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution. Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and resources while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders through regular updates and reports. Oversee requirements gathering sessions, develop detailed test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful software implementation aligned with organizational goals. Conduct analysis of project data using SQL and Oracle databases to inform decision-making and troubleshoot technical issues related to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes. Lead release management activities, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance compliance to ensure operational stability and security standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager leading large-scale technology projects with supervisory responsibilities in technical project & program management roles. Additional certifications such as Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist are advantageous. Extensive knowledge of project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel). Strong understanding of enterprise solutions implementation involving cloud computing platforms like AWS or similar services. Expertise in Agile planning methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban alongside traditional Waterfall approaches. Demonstrated ability to manage project scheduling, risk mitigation strategies, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and user acceptance testing. Technical proficiency in databases (SQL & Oracle), IT infrastructure components, disaster recovery procedures, and software development lifecycle processes. Excellent organizational skills coupled with leadership qualities necessary for team guidance and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining clarity on project objectives. $95,533.70 - $135,352.41 per year
